Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or changes to your scheduled cleaning appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance of your service time.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your 50% deposit will be applied to your future service date and time. This deposit will also be credited toward the remaining balance of your cleaning service.

Cancellations (24+ hours notice): If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your $50.00 deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to better serve all our clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
