This cleaning helps the host keep their property guest-ready between stays. We focus on detailed turnovers to ensure your space is refreshed and welcoming for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Tanner's Cleaners Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or changes to your scheduled cleaning appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance of your service time. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your 50% deposit will be applied to your future service date and time. This deposit will also be credited toward the remaining balance of your cleaning service. Cancellations (24+ hours notice): If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your $50.00 deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $50.00 deposit is non-refundable. Payment: Payment is due on the day of service by check or card. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to better serve all our clients and manage our schedule efficiently. Insurance: Tanner’s Cleaners and all employees are covered by up to $1 Million in General Liability insurance. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Preparation for the Cleaning: We ask that the floors be cleared of toys and clothing, and counter tops be cleared of smaller knick-knack items such as pens, coins, papers, etc.
