Tanner’s Cleaners Deep Cleaning Service goes beyond routine cleaning to target areas that are often overlooked during regular maintenance cleanings. This service is designed to provide a more detailed and thorough clean, focusing on buildup, high-touch surfaces, and hard-to-reach areas throughout your home. Our deep cleaning service includes everything in our Standard Cleaning, plus additional detailed cleaning throughout each room to leave your home feeling refreshed and revitalized. What’s Included in a Deep Cleaning: Bedrooms, in addition to standard bedroom cleaning, we also: - Clean baseboards and crown molding - Dust ceiling fans - Clean door frames and door handles - Clean interior windows and windowsills - Dust blinds - Clean fixtures and light switches - Dust air vents Bathrooms, In addition to standard bathroom cleaning, we also: - Clean baseboards and crown molding - Clean door frames and door handles - Clean interior windows and windowsills - Dust blinds - Clean fixtures and light switches - Dust air vents Living Areas (Living Room, Dining Room, Foyer, Office, and Other Common Areas) In addition to standard living area cleaning, we also: - Clean baseboards and crown molding - Clean door frames and door handles - Clean interior windows and windowsills - Dust blinds - Clean fixtures and light switches - Dust air vents Kitchen, in addition to standard kitchen cleaning, we also: - Clean baseboards and crown molding - Clean door frames and door handles - Clean interior windows and windowsills - Dust blinds - Clean fixtures and light switches - Dust air vents - Wipe exterior surfaces of cabinets - Clean interior and exterior of microwave - Clean interior and exterior of oven and stovetop - Clean exterior of refrigerator


Cancellation Policy

Tanner's Cleaners Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or changes to your scheduled cleaning appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance of your service time.  Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your 50% deposit will be applied to your future service date and time. This deposit will also be credited toward the remaining balance of your cleaning service.  Cancellations (24+ hours notice): If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your $50.00 deposit is fully refundable.  Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.  Payment: Payment is due on the day of service by check or card. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to better serve all our clients and manage our schedule efficiently.  Insurance: Tanner’s Cleaners and all employees are covered by up to $1 Million in General Liability insurance. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Preparation for the Cleaning: We ask that the floors be cleared of toys and clothing, and counter tops be cleared of smaller knick-knack items such as pens, coins, papers, etc.
