Service Description
Our standard cleaning service is designed to maintain a fresh, tidy, and comfortable home. Each visit includes cleaning and sanitizing key areas of your home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. Bedrooms: - Dust and wipe down all accessible surfaces and objects - Clean windowsills - Clean mirrors - Tidy clothing items as needed - Tidy and straighten bed sheets - Light organization of surfaces - Empty and wipe exterior trash cans - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Bathrooms: - Dust and wipe down all accessible surfaces and objects - Clean windowsills - Clean mirrors - Clean and sanitize shower areas - Clean and sanitize bathtubs - Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops - Clean and disinfect toilets - Tidy clothing items as needed - Empty and wipe exterior trash cans - Shake out and vacuum rugs - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Living Areas (Living Room, Dining Room, Foyer, Office, and Other Common Spaces) - Dust and wipe down all accessible surfaces and objects - Clean windowsills - Clean mirrors - Empty and wipe exterior trash cans - Light organization of surfaces - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Kitchen: - Dust and wipe down all accessible surfaces and objects - Clean windowsills - Clean mirrors - Wipe exterior surfaces of appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) - Clean stovetop - Clean and sanitize sink - Empty and wipe exterior trash cans - Light organization of surfaces - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors












Cancellation Policy
Tanner's Cleaners Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or changes to your scheduled cleaning appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance of your service time.  Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your 50% deposit will be applied to your future service date and time. This deposit will also be credited toward the remaining balance of your cleaning service.  Cancellations (24+ hours notice): If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your $50.00 deposit is fully refundable.  Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.  Payment: Payment is due on the day of service by check or card. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to better serve all our clients and manage our schedule efficiently.  Insurance: Tanner’s Cleaners and all employees are covered by up to $1 Million in General Liability insurance. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Preparation for the Cleaning: We ask that the floors be cleared of toys and clothing, and counter tops be cleared of smaller knick-knack items such as pens, coins, papers, etc.
